Receptionist

Hi, I’m Lorraine. I am the Front of House Receptionist at Align Healthcare Clinic. I was born in the East End of London and have lived near Brighton for the past 20 years. This January, I moved to Liverpool, and I’m loving the change. I am very much at home here! My journey into the role of Front of House Receptionist at Align has been shaped by a diverse background in customer service, administration, and client support. From working with clients in supported housing to counselling young people and families, my passion and career has always been about helping others.

I believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. I love making people feel valued and heard, whether it’s through a friendly greeting and a cup of tea or helping them navigate their appointments smoothly.

In my free time, I enjoy walking in the Lake District, particularly in the Langdales. There’s something about the fresh air and stunning views that I find incredibly refreshing for mind and body.

I absolutely love Christmas and I’m learning to play the acoustic guitar, which has been a fun and challenging new hobby. For the past 30 years I have been a volunteer with HCPT Group 199, helping young people with disabilities or disadvantages enjoy their holidays.
